Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving and opening your package. If you face any problem (damage, missing items, or wrong product), our team will coordinate with you based on this video.
Note: Recording this video at the time of unboxing is compulsory for any return or replacement claim to be processed.
If Seal is NOT Broken
You can return the product with complete peace of mind.
- Get a Full Refund.
- Exchange the product for another one of the same or lesser price.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure fair service for everyone, please note the following restrictions if the seal is broken or for repeated returns:
- A customer cannot return or replace the same product twice.
- The same customer cannot return more than 3 products in total.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns will not be accepted under the following specific conditions:
Misuse / Overuse
Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
Tampered Details
Serial Number or Batch Number has been tampered with.
Consumed Product
Product has been consumed or emptied.
